Strategy, Branding and Communications

At Alenth we help you tell your story with a fresh voice. We listen objectively and we reframe.

We help our clients build better and stronger relationships with their audiences by putting our finger on what it is their stakeholders and customers are actually looking for. This can involve reimagining and reframing the ‘Why’ of an organisation and reviewing their products and services to ensure their customer journey and experience is aligned. We pinpoint the specific content that is engaging, relatable and highly relevant to audience needs and in doing so we help to reposition the organisation as thought leaders of their field who are able to communicate clearly and powerfully their unique offer (what it is that only they can do).

We have been branding specialists for twenty years working internationally and across the UK for the private and public sector. We help identify and communicate the ‘essence’ of an organisation, its core purpose and proposition. Creating content and a tone of voice that fully expresses an offer alongside the values and philosophy of our clients, we form a visual language and identity that brings everything together and helps stand out in a crowded market.

For many of our clients, we have developed communications strategies, distilling content to a hierarchy of messaging, from the ‘core’ offer to mapping out a customer journey for each target group. We create strategic definition and distinction to engage all audiences which often includes the creation and development of an organisation’s positioning within the market. Outputs can range from website overhaul and marketing collateral to social media plans and campaigns.

Regularly operating within changing cultural and political landscapes and complex environments, we are adept at facilitating and building strong relationships, engaging internal teams, multiple agencies, stakeholders and partners.

Alenth’s founder Elspeth McLachlan has partnered with Alan Ramsey to offer holistic solutions for clients, from strategy through to branding to design implementation.
