About Alenth

Finding your landscape and voice

Alenth is a 17th Century Scottish word that means ONWARD; it is the notion of making great progress and arriving at maturity. At Alenth we offer clients the opportunity to explore their own or organisation’s ‘metaphorical landscape’ to find their ‘WHY’, with a sense of rootedness, connectedness and purpose. We help you find a fresh voice and express it in a distinctive style.

Alenth offers a unique and synergetic proposition for businesses. We have worked with diverse organisations, sectors and cultures at a senior and C-suite level for over two decades. We help our clients to significantly increase impact and commercial performance. We support Boards, senior executives and organisations to find their voice, their ‘essence’ and brand proposition, and create memorable communications strategies. And we do this through a combination of strategic and creative thinking and design delivery.

What our clients say

CFA UK’s collaboration with Alenth has been game changing. Their unwavering commitment, creativity, and thoughtfulness have shaped our brand into something truly extraordinary, putting people, talent building and human connection at the very heart of our ethos.  From the initial spark of an idea to their meticulous execution Alenth has poured heart and soul into every aspect of our brand development.

The result? A brand that not only reflects our new values but also one which is already resonating with our audience. Our new brand promise ‘We Grow Talent’, together with the new look and feel, is leading us positively into a new chapter for the society.  It has never been more important for professional bodies to demonstrate true value and lead the way for their members, and we believe our work with Alenth has helped us do just that.

But beyond the aesthetics of our new brand lies the heart of it all—the courage to champion sustainable change. Alenth challenged us, encouraged us, and respectfully nudged us out of our comfort zones. Elspeth and Alan have been a delight to work with. They’ve been our partners in growth, pushing us to think differently and embrace transformation. And they did all this with integrity, grace and buckets of good humour which is always a plus!

We’re stepping into a new chapter with confidence. Our brand is no longer just corporate identity; it’s a promise to deliver excellence, innovation, and real, lasting value to our customers.
