Finding your landscape and voice
Alenth is a 17th Century Scottish word that means ONWARD; it is the notion of making great progress and arriving at maturity. At Alenth we offer clients the opportunity to explore their own or organisation’s ‘metaphorical landscape’ to find their ‘WHY’, with a sense of rootedness, connectedness and purpose. We help you find a fresh voice and express it in a distinctive style.
Alenth offers a unique and synergetic proposition for businesses. We have worked with diverse organisations, sectors and cultures at a senior and C-suite level for over two decades. We help our clients to significantly increase impact and commercial performance. We support Boards, senior executives and organisations to find their voice, their ‘essence’ and brand proposition, and create memorable communications strategies. And we do this through a combination of strategic and creative thinking and design delivery.
Founder of Alenth, Elspeth McLachlan is a brand and communications consultant and executive coach. She has specialised in directing brand strategies from design concept through to experiences for DBA Effectiveness and D&AD gold and silver award-winning projects with international blue-chip brands in London, Brazil, Russia, and Spain. Her expertise includes research and development, stakeholder engagement, and project direction.
As a certified executive coach, Elspeth is a graduate of the University of Cambridge, where she brings a wealth of experience in the business world. The two aspects of her career are symbiotic, enabling her to fully appreciate current executive and organisational challenges at first hand whilst holding that crucially objective role as a coach and consultant. Executive coaching consolidates Elspeth’s background and business expertise where the exploration of one’s identity or offer is central.
